Shipping policy

Made to order. Every item is printed on demand and quality-checked before shipping. Typical production time is 2–5 business days, then transit.

Shipping times (after production): United States — 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS. We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping cost: calculated at checkout based on order weight.

Tracking: a tracking link is emailed from hello@performativeshirts.com when your order ships.

Delays: production and carrier times are estimates, not guarantees; peak periods can add time. We don't refund standard shipping for transit-time variance.

Lost or stuck packages: if tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, email hello@performativeshirts.com and we'll open a claim with the carrier or producer.
